Pneumatic expanding chucks
We can offer three types of expanding chucks:
Tyre Chucks, Expanding Strip Type Air Chucks and Self-centring Mechanical & Pneumo-mechanical Key Type Chucks.
For each product high quality materials are used and our specific design allows the best performances.

Self-centring Mechanical & Pneumo-mechanical Key Type Chucks
They are available in flange mounting as an alternative to using an airshaft. They are the ideal solution to ensure optimal centring of the roll, to transmit high amounts of torque and/or for high working speed applications.
Expanding Strip Type Air Chucks
They are usually mounted on existing airshafts at the end of long rolls or under each short roll.
The central body and the locking clamp are made of aluminium; the expanding strips are available in vulcanised rubber, aluminium and polyurethane.
For special applications we can make strips from other materials.
We can make a through hole to customer’s drawing.
Tyre Chucks
They are usually mounted at the end of the roll on an existing airshaft.
The central body and the fixing clamp are made of aluminium; when inflated, the rubber ring grips the core.
We can make a through hole to customer’s drawing.
Our tyre chucks are ready for serial connection.
