Pneumatic brakes
Our pneumatic caliper brakes are designed and manufactured to control the change of speed (and consequently the change of tension) of unwinding rolls. A brake disc linked to a pneumatic one- or multi-caliper brake is the most common type. This solution covers a wide range of applications and can meet most of the requirements. The negative version is also available giving 50% of the standard torque.
- Two types of caliper brakes are available :
– one Mod. FR and one Mod. FR05 (50% of braking torque)
– alternatively a multi-caliper pneumatic brake or brake discs with different diameter is available - Negative calipers are also available for safety tooling
